Individual Fales & Villas include a complimentary
ensuite mini-bar (beer, wine, soda, and bottled water) re-stocked
daily.

COMPLIMENTARY SNORKEL GEAR: All rates include
complimentary use of snorkel equipment.

COMPLIMENTARY LAUNDRY SERVICE:
Laundry service is available for just ST$1.50/pc. As thanks for
joining us for longer stays, this service is offered free of charge
after 7th night of stay.
4)
COMPLIMENTARY TRANSFERS: Complimentary return transfers
from/to the airport, Apia, Mulifanua Wharf (Savaii ferries) or any
other major location on Upolu are included with all bookings.
5)
COMPLIMENTARY KAYAKS AND MOUTAIN BIKES: Use of Kayaks
and Mountain Bikes is complimentary for all hotel guests.

PRE-CHECK-IN: Normal check-in time is 2:00pm. Guests
on flights with early morning airport arrival times who wish to
guarantee room availability prior to normal check-in time should
pre-book their room from the prior night.

LATE CHECK-OUT:Normal check-out time
is 11:00am. Late check-outs up to 6:00pm for a half-day rate may be
requested after arrival at the hotel, and will be fulfilled based on
hotel availability.
7)
CURRENCY & TAXES: Rates quoted in US Dollars, and do
not include Government Tax of 15%.
8)
MINIMUM BOOKINGS: COCONUTS requires a three night
minimum stay.
9)
MINIMUM AGE: ALL COCONUTS
guests must be 3 years of age or older.
10) PAYMENT
CONDITIONS: A
three night deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment for
the entire stay is required 30 days prior to arrival, either by Bank
Check in US Dollars (mailed to P.O. Box 62120, Honolulu, Hawaii,
96839, USA), or by approved credit card (Visa or MasterCard --
Please note: we no longer accept the American Express card). Banking
details can be supplied for electronic funds transfers.
11) CANCELLATION
POLICY: Cancellations
received 30 days or more in advance of scheduled arrival will
receive full refund; 14 to 30 days in advance will incur a 3 night
cancellation fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations recd
less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellation is
confirmed ONLY when acknowledgment from Coconuts is received.
