Hi Richard
Can you please tell me if there is yet any news on the wellbeing of the Coconuts staff? I was there only weeks ago and I'm very concerned for all those lovely people I met like Albert, Rob, all of the lovely restaurant ladies, spa, reception and most important my dear friend Monty - I have to know if he's ok.
I know these things take time but can you please tell me if there will be some sort of posted information online that tells us news of the coconuts family itself? I understand there was a great deal of damage to the resort but it's awful to not know if the people in my photos & memories are ok. I had hoped to see them again when I return next.

Also is there news yet on how we can help Maninoa/Coconuts specifically?

Thank you
H.

Richard

We spent our 25th honeymoon staying in one of the fale's over the water. When we saw the coconuts sign on the news we were shattered to see the damage to the resort, and we hope all the staff and local people are ok.
Staying at coconuts was the best holiday of our lives and we fell in love with Samoa and the local people and we certainly plan to return, all the best with the rebuild.

Hi

We just woke up to the news and hope that everyone and everything is ok.
We're hoping for a fourth visit in the near future!

best wishes,

Talofa:

I was concerned to hear the news about the damaging weather in Samoa. We have stayed at Coconuts three times in the past. We developed close relations with the owners and all of the staff at that time.

I hope everyone is safe and sound. Please tell them that they are in our prayers.

Paul, or whomever has this position, as past guest's we were concerned about the employees and the resort after this tsunami. Is there an address or a paypal account we could make a donation to? This would be our small way of helping the employees who made our stay a great one.

We hope and pray for the safety of all at Coconut's and hope the resort and the employees all come through this ordeal in good spirits and with minimum of disruption.

The 4 of us, (Joe and Bev Scalise and Don and Janel Buchner) were guests back in November of 2004 and we wish to help in this small way.

Take care and we hope everyone is OK.

We were guests at Coconuts Beach Resort in Sept 2005.
We loved our stay and think of going back to Samoa often.
Samoa is one of our favorite places because of the hearts of the people and it's beautiful ocean and terrain.
Naturally, when we heard the news, we thought of our trip in Samoa we remember so fondly. We can picture the beautiful road along the ocean as well as the road that connects Upolu area to Apia.
The news of the devastation is heartbreaking.
We send our prayers to the staff at Coconuts Beach Resort and the people of Samoa.

Sincerely,
A. and J. F.

Hi Paul
Its Erin and Chris the Aussies. Hope you guys are doing well in sunny Colorado.

We were just hoping to hear some good news about Coconuts and thought you might have heard something. Do you know if everyone is ok? We are so devastated by what we have seen on the news, Coconuts was one of the most beautiful place I have ever been. I still can't believe it, if you hear anything can you let us know and we would also like to help in anyway we can by sending whatever is needed over to the village so if you know anyway we can do that please let us know.

Thanks again and say hi to the amily
E. and C.
